O Grupo Parlamentar da UNITA esclarece a opinião publica nacional e internacional que o artigo em causa, assinado pelo jornalista Ismael Nascimento, com uma abordagem sobre um presumível encaixe de 100 milhões de Kwanzas pelo Deputado Francisco Viana, no recente Acordo Parlamentar assinado com o Grupo Parlamentar da UNITA, é falso, desonroso e está eivado de inverdades, pois o entendimento havido não envolve contrapartidas financeiras.
O Grupo Parlamentar da UNITA esclarece que em nenhuma circunstância se envolve em actos de corrupção, seja qual for a sua natureza.
O Grupo Parlamentar da UNITA considera a notícia eivada de má-fé, caluniosa e com motivações políticas ao serviço de interesses inconfessos, que não os de um jornalismo sério, honesto e responsável, respeitador dos princípios que regem a profissão e as leis vigentes na República de Angola.
O Grupo Parlamentar da UNITA está informado da intenção do Deputado Francisco Viana em processar judicialmente o autor da notícia caluniosa, difamatória e atentatória da dignidade e do seu bom nome, e encoraja-o a fazê-lo.
